New Love

…My gym. I love this place. I just bought a membership today and I’m so glad that I did! There is an outdoor rooftop pool, beautiful facilities, and a bunch of great classes. I’m already excited for tomorrow’s workout! Today’s was pretty easy because I haven’t been to a gym in a couple weeks and I didn’t want to overdo it and be sore tomorrow.

After running around all morning and going to the gym I came home for a late lunch at 3. I used my good friend George (as in Foreman) to grill up a turkey sandwich with spinach, tomato, avocado and mustard on whole wheat bread. I also had some coffee yogurt and about half of the perfectly ripe and delicious pineapple pictured here (I’ll have the rest with dinner :)).

I am so lucky to live down the street from this amazing French bakery- I buy small loaves of bread, have them slice it for me, and it’s the perfect amount to last me for a week. They make the most amazing pain a chocolat et creme d’amande (basically a chocolate and almond cream croissant) and they also sell various meats and cheeses, homemade chocolates, quiches, and salads. Pretty much heaven 🙂
