My oats this morning were so creamy 🙂 Last night I combined 1/3 cup oats with 1/3 cup water, a pinch of salt and some cinnamon. This morning I stirred in plain 2% yogurt, a chopped persimmon, and 6 honey roasted almonds. It was so good, definitely a perfect start to the day. Now I need to pack snacks and rain gear because we are supposed to be getting thundershowers all day- not the best news for an outdoor concert! Hopefully we don’t get too wet….
